If you encounter any problem with KRKAL, please try following steps:

1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of KRKAL.
2. Check, that your computer meets the minimal configuration requirements.
3. Check, that you have your VGA card driver correctly installed. For example, try to launch some other game.
4. Look at the KRKAL forum. It is possible that somebody else had the same problem before and it was already solved.
5. Send us a mail on support@krkal.org. Please describe your problem in details and don't forget to include your PC configuration (CPU, RAM, VGA card) as well as the type of your operating system. You can help us to fix a bug in the code, from which may benefit both you and the other users.
